برای کوچکترین نیازی که کشور ظرفیت و نیاز به آن دارد باید با این دولت بحث کنیم. امروز میگیم که حمل و نقل عمومی یک نیاز نه، و بلکه یک ضرورته، فردا مستندی پخش میکنه که متروی نیویورک بعد از چند سال استهلاک از فرصت به تهدید تبدیل شده! امروز حرف از نیاز به وجود آبهای سطحی مثل کشفرود میزنیم و فردا اخبار و رسانه های در اختیار دولت اعلام میکنند که کشفرود مخاطره آمیز شده!
آنکه مستنداتی از سوابق کشورهای پیشرفته میزنه، روزی نقشه آن ها را هوایی نشان مردم داده؟ فقط یک ترجمه از انگلیس و آمریکا
نیویورک رودخانه هادستونی داره که کشتیرانی آن به تنهایی میتونه ظرفیت جابجایی بیش از 100 هزار مسافر در ساعت رو داشته باشه. متروی نیویورک به موازات این کشتی رانی داره کار خودش رو در این کلانشهر انجام می ده.
ظرفیت های کشور ما با ظرفیت های کشورهایی مثل آمریکا و کلانشهرهای آن متفاوته. نمیشه برای هر کشوری یک نسخه کلی نوشت.
